Updated: Mar 26, 2020
Select Veterans Memorial Civic & Convention Center Performances Cancelled
Per Governor DeWine’s order, events are indefinitely postponed or cancelled. No timeline for this ban has been provided. For our planning purposes, Veterans Memorial Civic & Convention Center performances through April 6 are cancelled. This could extend should the Governor provide a timeline or requires the ban to continue past April 6. This includes the following performances:
Thursday, March 26: Waitress Friday, April 3: B-The Underwater Bubble Show
All tickets can be fully refunded for these shows. We hope this performance can be rescheduled on a future date and welcome you to re-purchase tickets then.
DONATION OPTION You have the option to donate the value of your tickets back to Civic Center Foundation, including if you purchased your tickets as a part of a Broadway Season Subscription. Doing so will help us cover the costs associated with these cancellations. Should you choose this option, the face value of the tickets will be considered a tax-deductible donation. You can donate all or a portion of your tickets. To make a donation with your tickets, contact the Box Office at (419) 224-1552 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each ticket holder must confirm their refund option with the Box Office. Please reach out at your convenience. If the Box Office does not hear from you, they will be in contact to process your refund or donation. Please be patient with us in the following weeks as we work to contact ticket holders and process these refunds in a timely manner.
CREDIT CARDS: If you purchased tickets via credit cards at the Lima Civic Center Box Office, those refunds can be processed back in the same manner, which we will confirm with you.
