Where do I start?

Decide on your number of guests and date of your event.

Come prepared with times, layout, and equipment requests that you may need.

If you need help with any further details, contact our Director of Event Services.
How soon should I schedule my room?

As soon as you are sure of the date, you can place the room on "Tentative Hold" for up to 45 days.

If another client requests the same room and day, you have a 48 hour period to place a deposit on the room, securing your date.
Is catering or an alcohol service offered for events?

Both of these services are offered and can be requested for your event!

Are the rooms at the Civic Center internet accessible?

Yes! The Veterans Memorial Civic & Convention Center offers free wireless internet.
Can I decorate prior to my event's scheduled time?

As long as the building is open during regular business hours and the room is not being used for another event, of course!
