Our Meeting Rooms have been used for board meetings and product sales, small banquets and receptions, seminars and breakout spaces for conferences and conventions and a myriad of other events.
On the first floor, there are six meeting rooms. West Meeting Rooms 1 - 4 are close to the adjoining Wingate Inn. Operable walls make it possible for them to convert to two larger rooms if necessary. Meeting Rooms 5 & 6 face the Town Square and are adjacent to the Exhibit Hall. On the second floor, Meeting Rooms A, B, C and our Shrine Room adjoin a common corridor, making them ideal for sessions that may require a greater degree of privacy.
All of our Meeting Rooms have several 120V power outlets and phone/data lines. Complete audio/visual support is available. Rooms can be set in any configuration and concession and food service can be arranged through the Business Office.
