REFUND DETAILS

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to fully process through your bank. If you purchased tickets with cash or check, a check will be mailed to you. Please call 419-224-1552 if your credit card information or address has changed by 5:00 PM on Monday, July 14. The Civic Center Box Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00-5 PM.
