REFUND DETAILS

If your credit card information or mailing address has changed, please notify the Civic Center Box Office by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16. Civic Center Box Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Refunds for ticket purchases will be credited back to the original form of payment after the December 16 deadline. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be fully processed through your bank. If you purchased tickets with cash or check, a check will be mailed to you.
